LIMASSOL TOWNHOUSE
CYPRUS

The design of this contemporary townhouse in Limassol was shaped by the sloping nature of the site and the possibility of future development obstructing the views. In response, the house is organized vertically across three levels, allowing the main living spaces to rise above the surrounding urban fabric and capture long views toward the city of Limassol.

The first floor accommodates the primary living quarters, while the second floor hosts shared spaces arranged to maximize outlook and natural light. This elevated arrangement ensures that the principal rooms benefit from uninterrupted views and a strong visual connection to the surrounding landscape.

The architecture is expressed through calm plaster volumes, carefully framed openings and deep terraces that respond to the Mediterranean climate of Cyprus. The composition balances privacy, light and views, creating a contemporary townhouse that is both contextual and timeless.
