The villa’s composition is defined by a balanced neoclassical façade, a central arched entrance and carefully articulated volumes beneath a warm terracotta pitched roof. Soft earth-toned plaster, circular openings and vertical chimney elements reinforce its regional architectural identity while maintaining a contemporary elegance.
The architectural concept emphasizes harmony between built form and nature. A sweeping driveway approach, structured landscaping and mature cypress and olive trees frame the residence, enhancing its sense of arrival and permanence. Outdoor spaces are carefully integrated with the internal layout, allowing natural light, cross-ventilation and framed garden views throughout the home.
