NICOSIA VILLA II
CYPRUS

This contemporary town house was developed from concept to completion with a clear and disciplined architectural vision. Defined by strong geometric volumes and precise proportions, the house expresses a calm and controlled design language.

A framed upper volume establishes the building’s identity along the street, integrating perforated metal screens that provide privacy and solar control while introducing depth and rhythm. The interplay between solid mass and filtered openings defines the architectural character.

At ground level, full-height glazing opens the living areas directly to the landscaped garden. A recessed veranda extends the interior outward, while a linear pool reinforces the horizontal geometry of the architecture and anchors the outdoor space.

Inside, a double-height void organizes circulation and introduces vertical continuity. A sculptural metal staircase and custom perforated screen echo the exterior language, creating cohesion throughout the residence. Travertine marble flooring adds warmth and material consistency.

Faithful to the original design intent, the completed house reflects clarity, restraint, and a seamless relationship between architecture and landscape.
