PRIVATE RESIDENCE
KSA
Located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this three-storey private family villa is conceived as a contemporary courtyard residence that balances privacy, climate responsiveness and spatial clarity. The architectural concept draws inspiration from traditional regional typologies, reinterpreted through a refined and modern material language.
The residence is organized around a central courtyard with a linear reflecting pool, forming the compositional core of the project. This inward-focused arrangement ensures privacy while allowing controlled natural light, ventilation and visual continuity across all levels. Shaded arcades, recessed openings and layered façades create depth and shadow, reinforcing the villa’s climatic performance.
The architectural expression is defined by warm stone surfaces, textured plaster and vertical screening elements inspired by traditional lattice patterns. These perforated façades filter light and enhance privacy while contributing to the building’s distinctive identity. The interplay between solid volumes and open voids establishes a balanced architectural composition across the three storeys.
Carefully framed perspectives, controlled proportions and the presence of water and landscape elements introduce a sense of calm and spatial hierarchy. The villa represents a contemporary residential architecture approach that responds to climate, context and the evolving needs of private family living.
