This project involved a complete town house renovation, transforming an existing residence through a full exterior, interior, and landscape redesign. The renovation aimed to modernize the property, improve spatial flow, and redefine its architectural presence while enhancing functionality for contemporary living.
The exterior renovation focused on simplifying and strengthening the façade to create a cleaner and more balanced street elevation. Proportions were refined, balcony elements were redefined, and boundary walls were redesigned to establish a more cohesive architectural identity. At the rear of the property, the courtyard was fully reconfigured to introduce a structured outdoor layout, including a linear swimming pool, updated paving, and curated planting that complements the architecture.
Internally, the full home renovation reimagined the spatial experience from the ground up. Layout improvements enhanced circulation and natural light, while architectural detailing introduced clarity and continuity throughout the house. Bespoke cabinetry and integrated storage solutions were incorporated to improve functionality while maintaining a clean and contemporary interior aesthetic. Marble flooring with defined inlays reinforces spatial alignment within the living areas, creating a sense of balance and cohesion across the ground floor.
